ScreenCraft does not ship physical products. Every product we sell is digital and is delivered electronically to your ScreenCraft account and the macOS application. There is no shipping, no shipping fee, and no shipping address required at checkout.
1. How you receive what you bought
Entitlements are granted to your account immediately after a successful payment:
- Pro subscriptions and lifetime — Pro features activate within seconds. Visible on /account.
- Export packs and AI credit packs — credits land in your account immediately and are available the next time the macOS app syncs.
2. Application download
The macOS application itself is a free direct download from screencraft.in/download. It is not shipped; you simply download and install. A subscription is not required to install or open the app — the free tier is available immediately.
3. Receipts
A receipt is emailed to the address you used at checkout. The exact format depends on which processor handled your payment:
- International (Paddle)— Paddle, our Merchant of Record, sends the receipt and links to Paddle's buyer portal where you can view your full invoice history.
- India (Razorpay) — Razorpay sends a payment confirmation, and Codeaamy Private Limited issues the GST-compliant tax invoice. Both arrive at the email on file.
4. Geographic availability
ScreenCraft is available worldwide. Customers in India check out via Razorpay (INR pricing); customers everywhere else check out via Paddle (USD pricing). Because there is no physical shipping, no country is excluded for shipping reasons.
5. Delivery issues
If a purchase doesn't reflect on your account within 10 minutes, refresh /account. If it still isn't showing, email support@codeaamy.com with the order ID from your receipt (Paddle order ID or Razorpay payment / order ID) and we'll resolve it the same business day.
