We offer two refund windows depending on the product. Longer commitments get a longer window; short-cycle and consumable products get a shorter one.
1. Refund windows at a glance
- 14 days — Pro Yearly, Pro Lifetime
- 3 days — Pro Monthly
- 3 days, only if unused — Export Packs, AI credit packs. Once you use any export or AI credit from the pack, it becomes non-refundable.
The window starts on the date of purchase (or the date of renewal for recurring plans). Requests received after the window has closed, or for consumable packs that have been started, are not eligible for a refund.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@codeaamy.com within the applicable window with:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order ID from the receipt email — a Paddle order ID (international purchases) or a Razorpay payment / order ID (purchases made in India)
- A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method through the same processor that handled the original transaction (Paddle or Razorpay), typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3. Eligibility by product
- Pro Yearly & Pro Lifetime — full refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal.
- Pro Monthly — full refund within 3 days of purchase or renewal.
- Export Packs — full refund within 3 days of purchase, only if no exports from the pack have been used. As soon as you use one export from the pack, it's treated as delivered and is no longer refundable.
- AI credit packs — full refund within 3 days of purchase, only if no AI credits from the pack have been consumed. As soon as you spend one credit from the pack, it's treated as delivered and is no longer refundable.
4. After the refund window
Once the refund window has closed, purchases are non-refundable. You can still cancel a subscription at any time from /account— cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No pro-rated refund is issued for the unused portion of the current period, and one-time purchases (Export Packs, AI credit packs, Lifetime) are not refunded.
5. Cancellation vs. refund
These are two different actions:
- Cancel — available any time from /account. Stops future renewals. Current-period access continues until it expires. No money returned.
- Refund — only available within the applicable window above. Email us. Pro access is revoked once the refund is issued.

7. Statutory rights and our payment processors
Payments are processed by one of two providers depending on where you buy from:
- Paddle — Merchant of Record for international customers. Paddle bills you, collects applicable VAT/sales tax, and may issue refunds at its own discretion for chargebacks, fraud, or buyer-protection cases under its reseller agreement; we cannot override that.
- Razorpay — payment gateway for customers in India. Codeaamy Private Limited is the merchant of record for these transactions, issues the GST-compliant invoice, and processes the refund itself; Razorpay is the channel on which the refund is credited back to your original payment method.
Where applicable consumer-protection law (e.g. the EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the Indian Consumer Protection Act) grants you a longer or broader statutory right to a refund, that right is unaffected by this policy.
8. Service issues
If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, contact us at support@codeaamy.com. We'll work with you on a refund, credit toward future use, additional credits, or extended access — depending on what fits the situation, even if you're outside the standard window.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved with a refund within the applicable window. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended and any granted entitlements (including lifetime access) being revoked.
